Who is responsible

PreemptiveIntel is a trading name of Preemptive Intelligence Business Systems ("we"). [Legal entity name, licence number and registered address to be added when the company is formed.]

We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website. This notice is written to align with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. If you are in another country, the law there may give you additional rights.

What we collect

What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number and company, what you need, and your message. You choose what to write; please do not include sensitive personal data, passwords or financial details.

When you submit the form we also record the language of the page, the page you wrote from, the time, and a one-way hash of your network (IP) address, used only to limit repeated submissions. We do not store the address itself.

Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your network address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. If we switch on Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots, it processes data about your browser for that purpose.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and the site does not set cookies of its own.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and take steps toward a project you asked about; to keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse; and to meet legal duties.

We rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, on the steps needed before a contract, and on our legitimate interest in protecting the site. Who processes it

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and stores enquiries in its database, and provides email routing for our contact address.

Messages sent to contact@preemptiveintel.com are forwarded to a mailbox at Google (Gmail), whose own terms and privacy policy then apply to that mailbox.

We may share your details with professional advisers who help us respond to you, and with authorities when the law requires it.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Google operate worldwide networks, so your data may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States. We rely on the providers' data protection terms and transfer data only as the law allows. [The legal basis for these transfers is to be confirmed on legal review.]

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted 12 months after our last contact with you. [Retention period to be confirmed on legal review.] The network-address hash is deleted together with the enquiry.

If we start a project together, your details become part of our client records, kept as the contract and the law require.

Your rights

Where the law gives you these rights, you may ask to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time.

Write to contact@preemptiveintel.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we reply without undue delay and within the time the law sets. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.

Children

The website is for businesses and is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We will publish changes on this page and update the version date above.
